What Salesforce couldn't do alone
Health Cloud held the patient record but not the clinical playbook. New GPs were credentialled differently at every site. The intake red-flag screen depended on which medical assistant was on shift. Annual care plan reviews fell through — patients drifted out of network. Clinical incidents were reported on paper, reviewed weekly at the site, and never reached the network's central learning loop.
