The challenge

What Reapit couldn't do alone

Reapit handled the property records and the diary. It didn't run the listing presentation, didn't generate the branded Vendor Advocacy Brief, didn't standardise the Saturday open home, and didn't nurture the appraisals that didn't instruct on the first visit. Each agent had their own brochure deck. Vendors got a different experience by office. Stale appraisals went cold.

The shift

Krivollo beside Reapit

Krivollo becomes the layer that turns the same agent + same property into a consistently world-class listing experience — and rescues the ~18% of stale appraisals that used to leak. Reapit stays the database; Krivollo runs the playbook.

What they actually use

Four Meridian Property hero workflows

Every link below opens the real artefact in the live demo workspace at /t/meridian-property — the populated SOPs, documents, modules and campaigns you just saw.

01Meridian Property

Listing Presentation Framework — the 45-minute standard

Six minute-coded sections: 8 min discovery, 10 min room walk, 10 min CMA, 10 min marketing plan, 5 min instruction ask, 2 min next-24-hours. Every lister at every office runs the same script. AML check baked into the instruction gate.

Vendor Advocacy Brief — branded in 48 hours

Within 48 hours of every instruction, the vendor gets a single branded PDF: 'why this home will sell' paragraph, asking range, day-by-day launch plan, photography brief sign-off. Built on the Document builder; populated from Reapit data; signed off by the vendor before the photographer arrives.

Stale Appraisal 90-Day Nurture — beating the 'cold' problem

Triggered 14 days after every appraisal where no instruction landed. Email → SMS → call → email, spaced for the UK property cycle. Quiet hours 19:00–09:00 London-local. The call uses the Meridian script that shares three real comparables before asking for the decision. ~18% re-engage.

Listing Mastery — 6-lesson Academy module

Each lesson is the SOP made teachable: discovery, the room walk, the CMA, the marketing plan, asking for the instruction, the next-24-hours. Three knowledge checks. One scored roleplay against the 'fee discount' objection that every lister hears.
